Event details
Whether environmental impact is at the core of what you do, driving sustainability is a powerful tool in a founder's arsenal. You join a growing group of leaders passionate about the future of the planet, can engage new stakeholders and set your organisation apart from others.
Join experts and fellow founders in a discussion about engaging and getting buy-in from your board, empowering your staff to set up green teams, setting a realistic budget for planned improvements, there's a wealth of solutions and actions to help us drive this mission forward.
Our speakers will share learnings from their own journeys, on how they advocated for this crucial agenda in their own organisations.
They will speak to a combination of personal, practical and strategic considerations when it comes to net zero transition, including:
Cost savings and access to capital and grants - reduce utility bills
Amplified reputation and brand value - position your organisation as a sustainability leader
Public procurement requirements - gain advantage over your competitors
The panel discussion will be followed by a workshop facilitated by our JLL hosts: Luke Wynne, Sustainability Learning and Development Lead and Phoebe Lewis, Associate Director. Working in small groups, we will guide you to draft a carbon reduction plan, that includes a mix of practical steps you can take back to your teams and boards.
We will conclude with a networking lunch to carry on the conversations and connect with fellow Net Zero Champions.
